On the user detail page the administrator can view and edit all the information that pertains to the users of the system.

The fields for a user are:

  • Name. The only mandatory field
  • Unique ID. Optional. Used to reference e.g. employee number or identity in an external system
  • Notes. Optional and for information only
  • E-mail. Optional, but mandatory if the user should have Mobile access (see below)
  • Phone. Optional
  • Active. Start and end date for the user. Defaults to always.
  • Blocked. A blocked user will immediately lose all access rights, but can be unblocked at a later time

  • Mobile access. Set to 'Yes' if the user should be able to open doors with Telcred Personal
  • PIN. The user's personal PIN
  • Cards. The cards assigned to the user. Assigning a card to a user can be done either here or on the Cards page

  • Roles. One or more Roles for the user
  • Shared with. A user can be shared with other organizations. See further Delegation.

At the bottom of the page, there is a link that lets you check the access rights for the user.
