Creating a permit is a shortcut to assign access privileges to a card (or keyfob). It can be very useful for residential use cases, where apartment owners typically handle a small number of card / keyfobs and doors.

Create permit

When creating a new permit, it is required to give it a name and to specify the card ID.

Next, you can specify if the permit should be limited or not. If not, the permit will be able to open all doors belonging to the relevant organization and at any time (just like a mechanical key).

For a limited permit, you can select which time it should be valid and which doors it should be able to open.

Finally, just as for devices, it is possible to block a permit which will temporarily remove all access privileges from the permit.
